Ingredients:
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 bananas
1/2 cup frozen berries ( blueberry, blackberry, raspberry and or strawberries)
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon wheat grass powder ( Green Vibrance)

Directions:
Place all in a blender and blend till smooth. If you use fresh berries you can add ice cubes.

Servings: 1-2

Time preparation: 5 min.
