Ingredients:
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 cup sesame crackers, crushed
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450.
Mix all ingredients together except chicken.
Roll (and press) chicken in the mixture and place on a sprayed cookie sheet Bake for 20 minutes.
