Ingredients:
5 cups apples, sliced
3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup soy flour
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/2 cup almond meal
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup unrefined sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Place apples in baking dish.
Mix other ingredients and sprinkle on top.
Bake for 30 minutes.
