Ingredients:
1/2 cup prepared horseradish
1/4 cup nonfat sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise substitute ( I use fat-free Smart Beat. It tastes great and is actually healthy for your heart.)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and chill.
Serve on beef.
