2 (10 1/2 ounce) packages soft silken tofu
16 ounces vanilla-flavored soymilk or 16 ounces rice milk
4 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2-1 cup rum (optional) or 1/2-1 cup brandy (optional)
nutmeg ( to garnish)

In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except nutmeg; blend thoroughly, stopping occasionally to scrape down sides of bowl.
Serve well-chilled and dusted with nutmeg.
