Ingredients:
2 (3/4 lb) pork loin chops, 1 inch thick
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onions, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons horseradish
2 tablespoons grainy mustard or 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
6 tablespoons ranch dressing
6 tablespoons dry red wine or 6 tablespoons white wine

Directions:
Brown chops in oil in a frying pan.
Remove to casserole dish.
Saute onion and garlic over high heat for 2 minutes.
Add sour cream, horseradish, mustard, dressing and wine.
Heat for 3 minutes.
Pour over chops.
Bake in preheated 350 F oven for 1 hour or until done.

Servings: 4

Time preparation: 5 min.

Time total: 65 min.
