Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) cans solid white tuna packed in water, drained
1 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
4 English muffins, split and toasted
Directions:
In a bowl, combine tuna, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, celery and onion; mix well.
Spoon the mixture onto bottom halves of muffins. Cover with top halves.
You may spread this tuna mixture on wraps, or on your favorite sandwich bread and rolls. Enjoy!
