Ingredients:
1/2 cup mangoes, diced
1/2 cup pineapple, diced
1/2 papayas, diced
2 sliced kiwi
1/4 cup diced sweet red peppers
1/4 cup diced maui onions
2 tablespoons minced cilantro
1 chili peppers, seeded and veined, finely chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons canola oil
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix gently and let stand for an hour in a refrigerator.
