Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups white sugar
2 large eggs
1 (11 ounce) cans tomato soup
3/4 cup water
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup vegetable shortening
3 cups white flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions:
preheat oven 350.
Mix in 2 seperate bowls dry ingredients then wet ingredients. Combine together and mix well.
Pour batter into desired pans. For 9×11 pan cook 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean at center. For 2 9inch rounds cook 27-32 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Dust with powdered sugar while still warm. Or chill and then frost with cream cheese frosting,vanilla,buttercream,or carmel frostings.
