Ingredients:
3 large ripe tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1 large cucumbers, peeled, quartered and sliced
1 small red onions, chopped
1 large green bell peppers, coarsely chopped
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons capers, chopped
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 (2 1/4 ounce) cans sliced black olives, drained
1 (10 ounce) cans Rotel Tomatoes, drained
3/4 cup lime juice
1/2 cup hot& spicy hot V8
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon msg (optional)
salt and pepper

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a glass or plastic bowl.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
Flavor gets better the longer it lasts.
