Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 medium onions, finely chopped
1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelopes taco seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 lbs ground beef
taco sauce (optional)

Directions:
In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients.
Add beef; mix well.
Shape into 1-inch balls. Place in a foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
Bake at 400 for 14-18 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
Serve with taco sauce if desired.
