Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) cans black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
1 (16 ounce) cans white corn, rinsed and drained
4 ounces black olives, chopped
2 large avocados, diced
4 roma tomatoes, diced
1 large purple onions, diced
1 green peppers, diced
1 yellow peppers, diced
1 red peppers, diced
2 -4 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped
3 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 -2 tablespoon hot sauce
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine.
Serve with corn chips.
