Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cubed, cooked chicken ( , , leftovers are fine)
16 ounces salsa
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 cup Minute Rice
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Stir together, in dutch oven, first 7 ing.
Bring to a boil.
Stir in rice.
Remove from heat.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and let stand about 5 minutes or till rice is tender.
