Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans
1/2 cup red onions, chopped
1 (6 1/2 ounce) cans tuna ( I use the packets of albacore)
4 teaspoons oil
2 teaspoons finely chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon wine vinegar
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Directions:
Drain and rinse beans in colander.
Mix all ingredients together.
Chill if desired.
