Ingredients:
2 large grapefruits
4 tablespoons butter
6 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
maraschino cherries, optional ( to garnish)
Directions:
Cut grapefruits in half.
Cut the membrane out of the middle of each half.
Cut the sections loose.
Place 1 T butter in the center of each.
Mix sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle over each half.
Broil until bubbly.
Place a cherry in middle of each.
Servings: 4
