Ingredients:
18 new potatoes, unpeeled and quartered
2 small onions, finely chopped
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons white vinegar
Directions:
Boil potatoes until tender.
Drain and set aside.
In saucepan, saute onions in butter until transparent.
Stir in sugar, salt and flour.
Gradually add milk.
Simmer until thick, stirring constantly.
Add sour cream and vinegar; cook until sauce bubbles.
Combine sauce and potatoes.
