Ingredients:
8 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoon cloves
cayenne pepper, to taste
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and use as a rub for firm white fish such as Chilean sea bass or orange roughy, or also wonderful with salmon.
Grill, broil, bake or pan-fry fish as usual.
