Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 eggs, well beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
1 (20 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, do not drain
1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
In a large bowl combine all ingredients through the pineapple.
Mix by hand until, do not use a mixed.
Mix well.
Pour into greased 13×9 pan.
Bake 350 for 30-35 minutes.
Cool.
Mix remaining ingredients together for frosting until smooth and creamy.
Frost cooled cake.
Store in refrigerator.
