Ingredients:
4 ounces sugar-free jello ( small box)
1 g crystal light low-calorie powdered drink mix ( a tub)
2 cups boiling water
2 cups cold water

Directions:
Mix Jello with boiling water.
Add cold water.
Add drink mix.
Pour into molds, ice trays, or paper cups for push-ups.
