Ingredients:
1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 sweet red peppers, seeded and diced
1 green bell peppers, seeded and diced
2 roma tomatoes, siced
1/8 cup cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon crushed dried red chili peppers
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend.
