Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
2 teaspoons finely minced onions
1 eggs
1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
3 teaspoons milk
1 teaspoon salt
2 (8 ounce) cans diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
4 hoagie rolls
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients in bowl.
Form into balls the size of walnuts.
Heat tomatoes in skillet.
Add spices.
Cook till boiling.
Add meatballs and simmer for 25 minutes.
Serve on hoagy rolls.
