Ingredients:
2 cups cooked brown rice
1/2 bell peppers, chopped
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 medium onions, chopped
1 garlic cloves, minced
1 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with juice
1 cup tomato sauce
1 (15 ounce) cans black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together ina large skillet.
Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes or until heated through.
