Ingredients:
2 cups chopped onions
6 cloves garlic, minced or 6 cloves garlic powder
1 cup chopped parsley
4 (28 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes or 8 (14 1/2 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
1 (12 ounce) cans tomato paste
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons dried basil
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 lb ground beef
Directions:
In 5 qt dutch oven cook ground beef with onion until browned.
Drain excess fat.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally for 45 minutes.
Serve over spaghetti.
