Ingredients:
4 cups Minute Rice
1 cup black beans
1 cup corn
1 chopped red peppers
3 chopped green onions
1 (250 ml) bottles classic herb salad dressing
1 cup salsa
Directions:
Prpare 4 cups minute rice according to package directions.
Cool Add 1 cup each canned black beans, drained and rinsed, corn 1 chopped red pepper 3 chopped green onions, 1 bottle classic herb dressing 1 cup salsa.
Mix lightly.
Cover.
Top with handful of lightly crushed naco chips.
