Ingredients:
2 white fish fillets
1 chipotle chiles
3 -4 tablespoons cilantro
1 limes
Directions:
Chop chili and cilantro and mix with juice of 1/2 a lime. A small food processor works great for this.
Marinade fish in mixture for several hours or over night in a zip-top bag in the fridge.
Grill fish on high for 3 or 4 minutes per side.
Serve with lime wedges from the other half of the lime.
