Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) cans tuna in water, drained
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup chopped seeded cucumbers
1/4 cup chopped onions or 1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts (optional)
1/4 cup chopped olives (optional)

Directions:
Mix everything together.
Chill 1 hour if you’re not starving NOW.
Eat.
