Ingredients:
2 onions
2 potatoes
3 carrots
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup rice ( raw)
1 cup celery
1 teaspoon salt ( approx.)
1/2 teaspoon pepper ( approx.)
10 ounces tomato soup
10 ounces water ( 1 can of water)
Directions:
Layer sliced raw veggies into a roaster or casserole dish.
Sprinkle each layer with salt and pepper.
Pat beef on top.
Sprinkle rice over.
Add celery.
Mix soup and water.
Pour over casserole.
Cover with lid or foil.
Bake 350 2 hours or until veggies are tender.
