Ingredients:
1 cup flour
4 ounces butter
2 teaspoons vinegar
1 tablespoon milk
1 carrots, grated
1 onions, grated
1 apples, grated
1 potatoes, grated
1 1/2 lbs sausage meat
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 teaspoon mixed herbs
1 tablespoon sugar
cheese, grated
breadcrumbs
Directions:
Mix the flour and butter to a sandy texture.
Add the liquids and mix.
Roll out.
Work around into a flan tin.
Combine all of the filling ingredients well.
Turn into flan tin.
Bake at 200 C for 40 minutes.
