Ingredients:
8 ounces linguine
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce, i use kikoman light
1/4 cup sesame oil
1 teaspoon sugar
5 green onions, sliced
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Directions:
Cook linguini until al dente.
Drain and rinse with cold water and drain again.
Mix vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar.
Place linguini in a large bowl and add green onions and toasted sesame seed.
Pour on dressing and toss well and serve.
