Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil
650 g ground beef or 650 g ground turkey
1 onions, finely chopped
1 red peppers, finely chopped
1 green peppers, finely chopped
1 hot chili, finely chopped (optional)
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
1 (400 g) cans black beans, drained
1 (400 g) cans chopped tomatoes
2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 kg sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
2 tablespoons grated cheese (optional)
salt & freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Set the oven to 180 C or 350 degrees F.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the turkey or beef until it is cooked through.
Remove from the pan and keep warm.
Next fry the onion, peppers, garlic and parsley until softened.
Add the beans, tomatoes, peanut butter and cocoa powder and mix well.
Stir in the cooked turkey and spread the mixture in a casserole dish.
Season with salt and pepper.
Top with mashed sweet potato and the grated cheese.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Serve hot with a green salad and some tortillas on the side.
