Ingredients:
1 lb firm potatoes
1/2 lb turnips or 1/2 lb rutabagas
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup cream or 1/3 cup milk
salt and pepper
Directions:
Boil potatoes until tender.
In second pot Boil turnips (rutabagas) until fork tender.
Drain well.
Combine all ingredients in mixer.
Blend until smooth.
Serve hot.
