Ingredients:
4 cups rhubarb
1 cup sugar
water

Directions:
Wash and cut rhubarb in 1″ pieces.
Place in pan and add water about 1/2″ deep.
Cover and simmer until tender{about 10 minutes}.
Cool slightly and place in bowl.
Refrigerate and serve chilled.

Servings: 8

Time preparation: 10 min.

Time total: 20 min.
