Ingredients:
4 cups diced rhubarb
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 deep dish pie shells
1/2 cup flour, for crumb
1/2 cup packed brown sugar, for crumb
3 tablespoons butter

Directions:
Toss diced fruit and sugar and flour; add vanilla.
Place in unbaked pie shell.
Crumble 1/2 cup flour, brown sugar and butter; spread on pie.
Bake at 375F for 40 minutes.

Servings: Serve

Time preparation: 15 min.

Time total: 55 min.
