Ingredients:
2 1/2 all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
1 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
4 tablespoons sunflower oil
1 cup raspberries

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Arrange 12 paper liners in muffins pans.
Mix dry ingredients.
Mix wet ingredients.
Add wet to dry, mixing quickly until just combined.
Lightly fold in raspberries.
Spoon into paper liners.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and firm in the center, cool on wire rack.
