Ingredients:
3 ounces raspberries
1 bananas, peeled, cut in chunks
1 mangoes, peeled, stoned, cut in chunks
5 ounces yogurt or 3 ounces cold milk

Directions:
Puree all the ingredients in the liquidiser until you have a smooth thick drink.
Drink straight away.
