Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 cup onions, chopped
salt and pepper
1 (15 ounce) cans tomatoes, diced and undrained
1 cup water
1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion, drain.
Add salt, pepper, tomatoes, and water
and bring to boil.
Stir in macaroni and cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Stir in cheese and garnish with sour cream if desired.
