Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
2 (14 ounce) cans beef broth
1 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning ( dry)
1 1/2 cups uncooked corkscrew macaroni ( or mafalda, if you can find it)
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
Cook ground beef in skillet until browned.
Pour/drain off fat.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, broth, tomatoes& Italian Seasoning.
Bring to a boil.
Stir in uncooked pasta.
Reduce heat to medium heat& cook for 10 minutes or until pasta is done.
Stir in cheese.
Serve with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
