Ingredients:
1/4 head red cabbage, finely shredded
1/4 cup finely minced white onions
1 fuji apples, peeled, cored, and finely diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash black pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon milk
Directions:
In a large serving bowl toss together the cabbage, onion and apples.
In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing.
Pour over the veggie mixture, and stir to coat.
Serve chilled on a leaf of green cabbage as garnish.
