Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
1 cup shortening
2 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
3 teaspoons baking powder
4 cups flour
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar.
Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Drop by spoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350* for 8-10 minutes or until rim is lightly browned.
