Ingredients:
1/2 frozen bananas
1 cup strawberries
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 cup apple juice
2 tablespoons rolled oats
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Directions:
Put everything in a blender and blend well.
