Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 (15 1/2 ounce) cans sloppy joe sandwich sauce
1 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed cream of potato soup
1 (32 ounce) packages frozen hash browns, thawed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
In a skillet, cook beef until no longer pink, drain.
Add sloppy joe sauce and soup, mix.
Place thawed hash browns in a greased 9×13 pan.
Top with the beef mixture.
Bake at 450 degree for 20 minutes- covered.
Remove foil and bake additional 10 minutes or more until heated through.
Sprinkle with cheese.
