Ingredients:
4 pork blade steaks ( about 1/2 inch thick)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 medium onions, sliced thin
1 (16 ounce) cans sauerkraut, drained
1 cup dry white wine
1 teaspoon paprika
2 garlic cloves, crushed
Directions:
Cook pork steaks in skillet over medium heat until browned on both sides.
Drain.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and reduce heat.
Place onion and sauerkraut over pork.
Mix wine, paprika and garlic and pour over sauerkraut.
Cover and simmer 35 mins til pork is tender.
