Ingredients:
2 cups fresh pineapple, cubed
2 cups celery, chopped
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, firmly packed
3 tablespoons sugar
Directions:
Puree ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Pour mixture through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing hard on solids, then discarding them.
Serve over ice.
