Ingredients:
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate squares
1/3 cup butter
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Melt chocolate and butter in a saucepan and slowly add sugar stirring constantly until blended.
Add beaten eggs and stir in peppermint extract.
Remove from heat and add flour and salt.
Pour into a greased and floured 9×9 square cake pan and cook at 350 degrees for 25- 30 minutes.
