Ingredients:
150 g panir ( grated)
50 g onions ( finely sliced)
50 g tomatoes ( finely chopped)
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
3 teaspoons fresh cream
1 tablespoon butter
salt
1 tablespoon raisins
2 tablespoons of chopped cashews
1/4 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
Directions:
Saute onions and tomatoes till they turn brown.
Add turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder,red chili powder and salt.
Add the paneer and stir fry for a minute.
Garnish with 1 tsp cream, finely chopped cashew nuts, raisins and finely chopped cilantro leaves.
