Ingredients:
3 (16 ounce) bags frozen chopped spinach
1 (10 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 (16 ounce) containers low fat cottage cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
grated parmesan cheese, for topping
Directions:
defrost spinach and squeeze excess water out. Put spinach and all the other ingredients in bowl and mix with spoon. Spray dish with Pam. Place mixture in pan and top with grated parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 40 mins — It’s so easy and tasty too!
