Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 cup chopped onions
1/3 cup chopped green peppers
1 (4 ounce) cans mushroom pieces
1 cup water
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup soy sauce
Directions:
Brown ground beef, add onion, green pepper, and mushrooms.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Mix water, cornstarch, and soy sauce.
Stir into meat mixture until smooth and thickened.
