Ingredients:
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons chili sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 teaspoons crushed garlic
2 teaspoons grated ginger
1 kg chicken fillets, cut into pieces
1 pint small tomatoes
1 red capsicums, cut into pieces
1 onions, cut into wedges
Directions:
Combine sauces, garlic and ginger.
Add chicken and toss until evenly coated.
Stand for at least 15 minutes.
Thread chicken and vegetables onto 12 bamboo skewers that haved been soaked in water.
Grill kebabs for 5- 10 mins, turning until cooked through.
