Ingredients:
2 large zucchini or 3 small zucchini
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup Cointreau liqueur
1 tablespoon orange marmalade
fresh ground pepper, to taste
Directions:
Julienne zucchini into 2 inch sticks.
Saute in butter until tende crisp, about 3 minutes.
Add Cointreau and marmalade and heat through.
Sprinkle lightly with pepper and serve warm.
