Ingredients:
your favourite yogurt
frozen strawberries or fresh strawberries
1 bananas
cinnamon
sugar, if you want (optional)
ice ( if the strawberries are fresh)

Directions:
Throw ingredients in a blender and blend away.
Throw into a cup and run!
